Kanopi Jello ("the App") is developed by Pharma InDigital. This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the application.
The App requests location permission to enable Android Wi-Fi scanning and identify nearby Wi-Fi networks required for the App's functionality. The App does not collect precise GPS location unless required by a specific feature.
The App accesses nearby Wi-Fi information to discover and connect to compatible Kanopi Wi-Fi routers.
The Camera permission is used only when required by the App, such as scanning QR codes or capturing images initiated by the user.
The App may access photos or files selected by the user and may temporarily store files necessary for application functionality.
The Wi-Fi router does not automatically send log files to our servers. Log files are retrieved only when an authorized Medical Representative (MR) taps the "Collect Log" button on the Home screen.
The log file is first downloaded to the user's mobile device. The authorized MR may then choose to upload the log file to Pharma InDigital's secure server for reporting, troubleshooting, and application functionality.

The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and technical diagnostic information to improve application stability and performance. This information may include application version, operating system version, device model, and crash details.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Router log files uploaded through the App are transmitted only to Pharma InDigital's secure servers to provide application services. Crash reports are processed through Firebase Crashlytics solely for application diagnostics.
We use encrypted HTTPS connections and appropriate security measures to protect information transmitted between the App and our servers.
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide application services, maintain system functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, or comply with legal obligations.

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
